Entirely made of wood or veneer

• All-wood; solid oak and pine core: A kitchen door or drawer front made entirely of wood will be 20 mm thick, 3 layers cross-glued:
  
  - Maximum 3 mm of walnut on each side
  - 14 mm thick core; pine core with a framework of solid oak slats along all edges. Pine is never visible. Cross-gluing increases strength, stiffness and stability. Wood naturally moves in the direction of the grain due to moisture changes. By gluing the layers crosswise with alternating grain directions, the movement of the wood is limited, which reduces swelling, shrinkage and warping. 8 year factory warranty.
  
  
• A veneered door is also 20 mm thick and will have approximately 0.5 mm real oak wood veneer, a core of MDF, pine slats and honeycomb paper. 8 year factory warranty.

With us you can order walnut doors and all fronts to your exact measurements , regardless of whether you have IKEA frames or from another supplier. You choose the dimensions, hinge side and handle solutions yourself – we manufacture the doors in our workshop according to your wishes.
